1. What NOVA is

NOVA is a browser-based portal that surfaces small HTML5 games we've curated. The games run in your browser through an embedded frame; we don't install anything on your device.

2. Using the site

• You can play any game on the site for free. No account needed.
• Don't use the site for anything illegal, abusive, or that harms other users.
• Don't scrape, mirror, or rehost the catalogue or our cover art.
• You're responsible for the device and connection you use.

3. The games themselves

Each embedded game is built and operated by its original developer or publisher. Their content and rules apply when you play. We make a reasonable effort to remove games we find to be broken, malicious, or in violation of third-party rights — please tell us if you spot one.

4. Intellectual property

NOVA's design, brand, written content, and original cover art are owned by us. Game content, names, and characters remain the property of their respective developers and publishers. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to those assets.

5. No warranties

The site is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that every game will work in every browser, on every device, at every moment. We aim for reliability but make no formal promise.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, NOVA and its operators aren't liable for any indirect damages — including lost time, lost data, or lost opportunity — arising from your use of the site.

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
